The All Progressives Congress (APC) Imo State Diaspora has congratulated the Chairman of the APC Imo State Chapter, Hon. Austin Onyedebelu, PhD, on the successful attainment of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree.
In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the APC Imo State Diaspora family, the leadership described the achievement as a testament to Hon. Onyedebelu’s dedication, hard work, intellectual depth and unwavering commitment to excellence.
